“From the start with Gran Moraine Brut Rosé, my goal was to have the wine be predominantly Chardonnay. This was the ratio that my favorite bubbles producers were using on their rosés, and I think Chard is the best for bubbles from my studies – aka drinking tons of Champagne. The wine is all based on taste. What I like the best and what I find to have the most balance, keeping with the Gran Moraine style of balance before opulence. Estate grown single vineyard bubbles from Yamhill-Carlton. There is nothing else comparable.”
